Glaucoma detection techniques
We use several techniques at Highfield House to detect glaucoma. These include the following:
- Octopus Visual Field Analyser with Peritrend software
- GDX Optic Nerve Head Analyser
- Pachymetry (measuring corneal thickness)
The above techniques are highly useful in the detection and management of glaucoma.
